Treatment Services

The United States Probation Office for the District of South Carolina procures polygraph services, substance abuse, mental health, and sex offender treatment services for federal defendants and offenders, using Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), Competitive Purchase Orders, or Non-Competitive Purchase Orders.

All applicable Requests for Proposal (RFPs) are posted for 30 days from July until August of each BPA solicitation year.

Interested treatment providers may submit a proposal for any posted RFP for which they have the existing office space, ability and certification to meet the required needs. Providers must respond timely to solicitation deadlines, noted on each RFP, and clearly show that (1) they have existing office space within the required catchment area; (2) they can provide the required services, (3) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience in such treatment, and (4) prices of such treatment shall be as low as, or lower than, those charged to the treatment provider's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.

NOTE: Proposals will only be accepted utilizing the posted RFPs. Further, only those proposals which are properly completed, contain all required documentation, and submitted to the attention of the Contracting Officer at the address or email listed below by the required date and time will be considered. Please make sure you add a request to confirm receipt of proposal in your email.
